Kelly says she used to hurl herself down the stairs and even stooped to pulling the pizza delivery boy during the darkest depths of her drug addiction.
Kelly made her confession as she detailed some of her lowest moments by expanding on her recent admission that she could have died without going to rehab in January.

The part-time pop star, battling a painkiller addiction, revealed: 'It's so embarrassing the number of times I've thrown myself down the stairs to try to hurt myself to get pills.'

     

She says her love life took the biggest hit, telling: 'My only relationship was with the pizza delivery guy.'
Kelly, 24, who is now engaged to 19-year-old model Luke Worrall, says she couldn't see straight because was permanently engulfed in a plume of pot.
'I couldn't see tomorrow. I was using anything to make me sleep during the day. I got really into smoking pot' she said.
Her confession comes as she bids to revive her media career in the US by taking part in her family's new TV show Osbournes: Reloaded.

Kelly Osbourne is clean and sober, three weeks after ending her latest stint in rehab.

The reality TV star checked into a clinic in January to be treated for drug and alcohol addictions - her third spell in rehab in just five years. After a 30 day stay, Kelly, the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne, is back at home in Los Angeles with her fianc� Luke Worral and preparing for a new start. The 24-year-old tells People magazine she got her first taste of strong addictive painkillers when she was just 13 and had her tonsils removed, and later became hooked on them when she found the drugs gave her a huge confidence boost.

Osbourne says, "I found when I take this, people like me. I'm having fun; I'm not getting picked on. It became a confidence thing." By the time she found fame in 2002 as one of the stars of MTV reality show The Osbournes, she was taking "whatever I could sniff or swallow to not be me."

The star also blames her reliance on booze and pills for wrecking her promising music career, adding, "I drank, I was rude, I said I'd do something and wouldn't show up. I did what I could to destroy it."

However, she's determined to start afresh and is already enjoying sober living: "I'm getting a second chance, and I want to be present for it. Getting up in the morning and not having to think of a list of lies is a new thing. I went on a plane and didn't take a pill for the first time."

According to the calendar on the wall, and the post I just read on Kelly Osbourne Fans, Kelly has completed her 30-day treatment program at an Oregon rehabilitation facility.
The specific reasons she chose to go to rehab in the first place have never really been disclosed. Besides a brief video clip of Sharon spilling the beans about Kelly being in rehab, nothing has officially been said.

Now that she's out, I'm sure the reason will be revealed... Well, I hope so, at least.

The Osbournes are heading back to the small screen with 'Osbournes: Reloaded', a FOX new reality show with the dysfunctional family, featuring skits, impersonations, games and candid filming.

FOX have released the first look at what to expect from The Osbournes' upcoming reality series, "Osbournes: Reloaded". In a nearly three-minute video preview, the new show starred by Ozzy Osbourne's outrageous family has been described as a new kind of comedy show like no one has ever seen before.

The preview promises that in "Osbournes: Reloaded", Ozzy, his wife Sharon Osbourne and kids, Kelly Osbourne and Jack Osbourne, will go undercover, play with the audience and have musical performance on the stage among other things. The family will also travel across the U.S. to meet the other Osbournes.

"It is family viewing. We might have a few old age pensioners being kissed, and stripping grandmas, but it is all good clean fun. There is nothing mean-spirited about it," president of alternative entertainment for Fox Mike Darnell said previously of the new series. "We are letting them go as far as they can. They are raunchy and funny and also a warm, real family."

"Osbournes: Reloaded" is slated to premiere this spring on FOX, but an exact date has not been set so far. The television network has shot six episodes, and will wait till viewer reception before ordering more or changing the format.

(CNN) -- Singer Kelly Osbourne, the daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne, checked herself into "a medical facility to address some personal issues," her London publicist confirmed Friday.
Kelly Osbourne is struggling with "some personal issues," according to her spokeswoman.

The British Press Association cited an unnamed source saying Osbourne, 24, is being treated at the Hazelden retreat in Oregon.

"Kelly Osbourne has voluntarily entered a medical facility to address some personal issues," spokeswoman Caroline Barrett said in a statement e-mailed to CNN. "Her family stands by and supports her."

Osbourne was jailed in London in January on a charge of assaulting a British newspaper gossip columnist at a London nightclub last summer. She was freed on bail.

She's been absent in recent weeks from a British radio talk show in which she dispenses life advice to young people.
Her father, who rose to fame with the heavy metal group Black Sabbath, and mother Sharon revealed nearly five years ago that Kelly Osbourne entered the Promises rehab facility in Malibu, California, for treatment of a painkiller addiction.
Their revelation came in an appearance on CNN's "Larry King Live" in May 2004.
"We just had to take evasive action very quickly, because the amount of pills that was found in her bag was astounding," Ozzy Osbourne told Larry King.
Kelly Osbourne gained fame as a teenager when her family opened up their lives to cameras for an MTV reality show "The Osbournes."

Move over, Donny and Marie. Ozzy and Sharon are coming to FOX. The network has teamed up with the "Prince of Darkness" with a new hour-long variety show hosted by Ozzy Osbourne, his wife Sharon and their kids Jack and Kelly.

TMZ posted a video the other day of Sharon Osbourne being congratulated about Kelly's engagement to Luke Worrell, to which Sharon replies that it's NOT TRUE!
Obviously, she couldn't continue to play along with the rumor when approached so directly in that manner... It would have been pretty tacky. So she says 'No, it's not true, they're not getting married.'
